B. Shephard grew up in the lush forests of Mercer Island, Washington. This enchanting environment sparked her imagination, leading her to daydream about fairies. Could they be real? What were they like? What were their stories? From the age of 12 to 40, she nurtured a story that is to be published later this year. Brooke lives in a cozy cottage with her husband and their four beautiful daughters, whom she fondly thinks of as her own modern 'Little Women'.
